About Nitrile Hydratase ZS-NHT: ZS-NHT is a type of metalloenzyme that can selectively hydrate nitriles into the corresponding primary amides. They are widely applied not only in the synthesis of amino acids, amides, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, but also in the production of chiral pharmaceuticals.
