About Phenylalanine Ammonia-Lyase ZS-PAL: It is an enzyme that catalyzes the direct deamination of L-phenylalanine to form trans-cinnamic acid. Surzyme has developed 10 phenylalanine ammonia-lyase products (Code ZS-PAL-101～ZS-PAL-110), which can be applied for deamination reactions of phenylalanine and its derivatives or their reverse reactions.
