Function Description (English)
About Imine Reductase ZS-IRED: It is an oxidoreductase that catalyzes the reduction of C=N bonds to C-N bonds and transfers hydride via cofactor NADPH. According to the chiral preference of products, IREDs can be classified into R-IRED and S-IRED. Surzyme has developed 15 imine reductase products (Code ZS-IRED-101～ZS-IRED-115), which can be widely used in regioselective and stereoselective reduction of imines for the preparation of chiral amines.
