Function Description (English)
About Nitrilase ZS-NIT: It can directly convert cyano groups into carboxyl groups for the preparation of carboxylic acids, and is widely used in pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, chemical industry, food additives, textiles, agricultural production and other fields. Surzyme has developed 17 nitrilase (NIT) products (Code ZS-NIT-101～ZS-NIT-117). ZS-NIT is a powerful tool for the catalytic synthesis of chiral carboxylic acids via regioselective and stereoselective hydrolysis of a variety of aliphatic and aromatic nitriles.
