Function Description (English)
Transaldolase ZS-TAL: mainly refers to threonine aldolase, which catalyzes the reaction between threonine and benzaldehyde derivatives to synthesize β-hydroxyphenylalanine derivatives. TAL is a pyridoxal phosphate (PLP)-dependent enzyme. Surzyme only develops one TAL enzyme product (Code ZS-TAL101), applicable for the synthesis of β-hydroxyphenylalanine and its derivatives.
