About Cytochrome P450 Monooxygenase ZS-CYP: It is a kind of oxidoreductase with thiolate-heme as the active center that catalyzes oxygen transfer. As a terminal oxygenase, it requires heme for oxygen activation. Cytochrome P450 monooxygenase can catalyze reactions including alkyl oxidation, epoxidation and hydroxylation, amine hydroxylation and oxidation, sulfur oxidation, dealkylation (O-, S-, N-dealkylation), oxidative dehydrogenation, deamination and dehalogenation.
