Function Description (English)
About Glucose Dehydrogenase ZS-GDH: GDH catalyzes the dehydrogenation of glucose to gluconic acid (lactone), and reduces NAD(P)+ to NAD(P)H with NAD(P)+ as the electron acceptor. In the field of biocatalysis, GDH is often combined with other main enzymes for cofactor NAD(P)H regeneration. Surzyme has developed 10 GDH enzyme products (ZS-GDH-101～ZS-GDH-110). Among them, ZS-GDH110 has the highest activity and is the flagship GDH product.
