Function Description (English)
About Lactate Dehydrogenase: Surzyme has developed one LDH enzyme product (Code ZS-LDH). LDH catalyzes the reduction of pyruvate to L-lactic acid, or the reduction of other structurally similar α-keto acids. NADH is required as the hydride carrier during catalysis.
